Off Plan investment means buying property from developers before it has been built (i.e. off the plans)
We arrange for developers to offer you a substantial discount (10-25% below market price) so that they can generate
sales and finance their working capital. You pay 5% to 10% deposit and the rest on completion, in a year or two when the building is

a modest 7.5%, the property will be worth £150,500 when you complete the transaction. At the end of first year, even
