Can I use an estate agent at the same time?

Buyers will either contact you directly or contact us. By Email, By Phone or Online. . You decide how you would like to be contacted. Your email address is never displayed. Your control panel enables you to receive email from interested buyers without revealing your personal details. When a new email arrives you will be alerted to log on. All prospective buyers are required to register with us before they can contact you. Your personal details and online safety are treated with the highest standard of confidentiality and safety

Can I change my details after they have been published?
You can edit your advert 24 hours 7 days a week. You have total control.
You can make changes to description or any other details.
Do you have a list of buyers and tenants?
We keep and update a list of buyers and tenants who are actively looking for property like yours in the area. They are on our Email Alert Service and will be advised of your property as soon as it is loaded. We also have information about buyers who have sold their properties, have their mortgages arranged and are actively looking.
Do you do email alerts?
We have an active Email Alert Service for Buyers. If you are a buyer and you do not find the property you are looking for, why not join our Email Alert Service. We can regularly email to you properties which match your requirements as soon as they come on the market. If you have already sold your property, got your mortgage arranged and are actively looking, kindly advise
